Day 13

On Saturday, I went to Glasgow. I met up with Sina (https://sinainscotland.jimdofree.com/) and Sophia at the Edinburgh Waverly train station. We took the train at 8:15 a.m. to Glasgow. The train ride took only 48 minutes.

As soon as we had arrived we went to George Square. George Square is one of the most famous' places in Glasgow. Later on, we went to a Subway station but on our way, we found our selves in some shops. Eventually, we made it to the subway station. Since there was a little fair we took one ride on a small roller coaster. After we finally made it to the subway, we went to University. Glasgow University has beautiful buildings which is placed on a little hill. After walking through the buildings we saw a magnificent building, so we decided to go there. When we came to that beautiful building we saw that it was a gallery and the others didn't really want to walk throw it so we decided against going in. Instead, we went to the Glasgow Science Center. In the Science Center are three floors to explore. A lot of experiments and some special actions, for example, a planetarium which we visited. We watched a show that dured one hour about the moon. It was quite interesting. After the show, we went back to the city centre where we ate dinner in a pizzeria.

We ended our day trip to Glasgow with the train ride back home. We parted at the Waverly station and all went back to our host families.
